Architectural Control Committee (ACC) -

This Committee meets periodically to review and rule on new construction plans, as well as proposed exterior changes or modifications to homes and properties within Sundance Estates. The Committee provides guidelines to ensure that the southwestern design aesthetics of the community - as described in the Protective Covenants and Restrictions (PC&Rs) - are not compromised. The ACC provides direction in the best interest of the entire Community in order to maintain property values.

Prior to initiation of new construction or making any exterior alterations to homes or property, it is the responsibility of each homeowner to submit a Project/Variance Request form to obtain written authorization from the ACC. The home/property owner (Owner) should familiarize themselves with HOA governance documents prior to submitting a request. Relevant documents include:

The Owner should also read through the instructions included at the end of the request form. The instructions provide information on the review process, associated fees and deposits, and specifics on what and how to submit the request.

Note that neither the ACC nor the Sundance Estates Board of Directors will review conceptual designs, or render opinions regarding conceptual designs, to prospective buyers in advance of a lot or home sale.
